El Pollo Loco - Rohnert Park

This is my fist time eat at this restaurant, it?s like KFC, fast food restaurant but Mexican style. The chicken is good and the price is quite cheap, and the salsa is really good, very spicy ? ??

Pretty good avocado chicken salad. Some of the ingredients could have been fresher. Super nice cashier guy.

A 4-piece and 3 of them were bone-dried, they hardly had meat. Not recommended.

I ordered many times without problems. Great tasting! But unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because of a recent problem with this place. The order I made today has forgotten all Salsas. It's like eating French fries without ketchup. I tried to see what happened, no answer. Over the next 15 minutes, I tried to call because I wasn't the only missing salsa. I called a Petaluma location to see if I had the right number. This place called this place and still no answer. So, just make sure everything is correct BEFORE you leave the restaurant parking.

The older short lady who prepares the food is so rude and hostile. She looks every time I come in. The guys running the front end are very cool and nice. More than make-up for these rude bitters. I think she has a problem with black people. She treats me like I'm a robber and always alert. I gave 5 stars because food is fresh and I didn't want to punish all for the bad behavior and attitude of this lady. I think this person needs diversity and inclusion training.
