What Ashley V doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Three gals working on Friday night: charged me and extra $3 for a basic amount of graham cracker, made the order wrong, and then gave me attitude when I asked for the missing ingredient. I know young high schooler behavior, but I'll never come back and I'll tell everyone to hit a different cold stone instead. Just plain s service. Adding the different ingredients and the staff mixing it right in front of you is a joy to watch. You cannot leave without giving them a tip, they work pretty hard for those tips!!! I always tip these girls and guys whenever I'm picking up ice cream!!!!
The ice cream was really really good. Came with family. The girl with the dark hair (no cute clips) looked bored and like she didn't want to help but was forced to. The guy was super nice. The place itself was clean and so was the table we sat at.
Peace, Love Ice Cream... I 've taken my daughter to Cold Stone a couple times for a special treat. She loves it but is only allowed to get the 'Like It ' size.
Great, fast, friendly service. Those kids are trained right tonight. They have Rockstar attitudes despite being busy. And a great sense of accountability as far as servicing their customers.
This place is sooo good, I come here 3 times a week, best flavor, Kirby ice cream or surrender to strawberry extra cake and waffle cone
