I've seen this place often, but recently woke up enough to go. as everyone has suggested, they go when they open as their things sell quickly! everything is extremely cheap by bakery standards and tastes so good! nothing is too sweet, and every bite leads them to new flavor combinations or textures. if they can wake up early, they try to definitiw! This place is unique. My partner's Portuguese uncle introduced us to the cheese, and it was worth every penny!
Sonoma County is a hidden gem! This bakery is excellent and a fantastic spot to stock up on chouriço and São Jorge cheese!
I wish they offered a wider variety of dishes. Overall, it was excellent!
I very much really like this place. I don't buy everything in the bakery. I started going to this bakery years ago and wanted to bring my spouse. My ex will never get to taste anything from this bakery. Too bad for my ex. This bakery is small but their assortments are tasty.. now exspouse due to an unethical law firm that caused so much trouble they caused us to lose a 100 cash offer with a 30 day close of escrow that needed to be done based on parameters that the buyer wanted and the law firm made it impossible. They were too controlling. The offer was made prior to any realtor hired. And, the attorney who owned the law firm caused the offer that was acceptable to be withdrawn because the buyer was not responded to by the 2nd owner on the property that the attorney was manipulating
Great Portuguese pastries that you won't find anywhere else. Some Portuguese frozen grocery items, too. Family run, and they only sell what they can bake on premises; to be sure of getting what you want, go in a day before and order ahead.
