At this neighborhood sandwich shop, lunch rushes expose strain: kind but overworked staff face long lines, producing slow, inconsistent service and sometimes sloppy, burned sandwiches. Reports point to management and training gaps and possible food-safety lapses involving date labeling, so cautious diners should verify product dates. With occasional $20 orders disappointing on quality, value feels limited. Expect a busy, rushed counter-service experience and tempered expectations during peak hours.

Was there a few minutes ago and the guy who made my sandwiches was very sloppy and I cannot believe I paid $20 for such horrible service. The worker literally threw together my sandwich and burned it. It?s sad to see how downhill subway has gone.

Order online and my flatbread is hard as a rock and when I tried to call no one answered!

Tried to go around lunch time today. There was only one girl working with a long line. Poor girl. Really wasn?t upset about the line. I just felt bad for the girl working, she was doing her best. It is very frustrating, I actually left because I wanted tomake less work for her.

I worked at this restaurant for a while, and if you believe they serve fresh food, you might want to reconsider. When food spoils, the staff is told to replace the date stickers on expired meats and vegetables, so it's wise to be cautious and always request to see the product dates. Additionally, communication is poor; inexperienced employees are often left to manage things on their own for hours, expected to fulfill their tasks in the back while also serving customers. Take it from someone who has been there.

This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. The produce is consistently spoiled, indicating that they don't follow proper rotation or FIFO practices. The manager is often on the phone, leaving just one employee to handle customers. When I tried to express my concerns about the food, I was told that the manager was on a call with corporate. Additionally, there is no service door, so you have to watch the food being delivered. The Subway down the street with a drive-thru is always reliable, as is the one next to Popeye's. I would recommend steering clear of this location entirely.
