I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent service, even when I made a mistake and ordered my family's food at the wrong location through the app. The Fort Smith location, Schlotzsky Rogers on Rogers Ave, took care of us and ensured we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend dining here.

The restaurant was running a promotion for French dip sandwiches, but unfortunately they were out of au jus sauce. I ended up ordering a turkey and avocado sandwich, which was tasty but on the smaller side.

I ordered a pick 2 Turkey bacon sandwich and pizza. I?m very disappointed! I called and spoke to the manager and he didn?t seem to care. He did mention that he?s the one that prepared my order. This is what 3 ounces of meat look like? Funny thing is that I used to work there once upon a time ago.

The current management team is doing a great job delivering top quality products and friendly service. My favorite manager left before COVID and then the closure made this business a tremendous challenge in general. The team now has exceeded any expectations I had and their meals are solidly great.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich for delivery and was extremely disappointed with the amount of meat. This has never happened before. If I had purchased it at the restaurant, I would have returned the sandwich. The sandwich used to be good, but not anymore. I will not be going back there.
