What Cathy Timmerman doesn't like about Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas Convention Center:
My brother booked 2 rooms. The receptionist only booked 1. My brother went back home, which was about 2 hours away. The refrigerator in the room leaked that night. My mother stepped in it. The room was hot when we arrived. Otherwise, an OK room. The breakfast was picked over and empty due to the school busses that came to stay. The facility was very confusing in its layout. Need maps. Stayed last night, we were going to the AMP and it was a perfect location for that. The rooms were very nice. Ours did have a tub drain that was very slow. During showers the water got up to your ankle. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. The morning breakfast was full of options and they have a make your own omelet.
