Your better off going through the line. My order was for 11:30 I got my food at 12:05. I watched close to 30 people go through the line. Not only did I miss my lunch break, the food was cold. I see this has been a problem for a long time by reading other reviews. Also for whatever reason they would make half of a person's order then make other orders in between. I saw two different people wait 20 minutes to get the rest of what they ordered. Step up your game Chipotle, it's embarrassing
The hot food was so cold. For the price, it would be so nice to get hot food since they are only 3+ miles away. Tipped WAY too much for cold food! WAY too much!!!
I like this place because they are always open and eating is well prepared. most chipotle’s with the drive through the tracks will only lock their doors and do online, so I guess I can always come in here and see what looks good. the line is really long and does not move very fast, so ready to wait, and if they are in a hurry and order takeout, make sure they arrive 20-30min after the promised time. because the mobile applications are very secure. this is for problems with chipotles order system, not the employees, every time I'm in here, everyone works hard so I know that I can't complain about the waiting times for them, I'm sure they hate it too. I want to say once again when they order the takeover, make sure they plan their pickup for 20-30min before they actually arrive. they are in the rule 20-30min behind mobile orders around the lunchtime. the line moves faster than the mobile line, so that they get better in the way and wait in the line.
We were at the Rogers location several times, the waiting time is always long. in the case of several settlements, they were from chickens or cattle. this time we thought online that we don't have to wait and our order would be ready when we arrive. we ordered 3 burrito bowls, nothing special at 18:00 clock and it is now 6:45, not yet the online order. 10 feet in the customers get their food. the workers are very rude and do not care about it. I will never spend another meal here again.
Before the time was ordered the load was very busy, took an additional 35 minutes to an order beyond the promised readiness time. the personal seemed nice, but everything moved slowly, they probably needed some extra hands to eat quite standard chipotle. burrito shells seem hard and chew over several stores. I will probably still go back, but in any case avoid if there is something beyond a small number of cars on the parking lot
