They always seem to be out of anything i need at this Casey's. Spots in the fridges that have just been out of stock for months on end. Someone needs to figure out how to order product here.
Always check your change! On November 1, 2022, I paid $40 for diesel and a pack of cigarettes. The guy behind the counter handed me $41 in return. As I was leaving, I counted the change and noticed I was $10 short. I went back and asked him how much I was charged. He said it was $48, and that my change should be $51. When I showed him what he had given me, he just smiled and handed me the extra $10. I told him this was the second time it happened to me—the first was with a lady who forgot to return $20. Always count your change!
We had a wonderful experience at Casey's, largely due to the exceptional service from Zach. When we encountered a problem with our order, he promptly resolved it. Casey's has now become my favorite restaurant!
Out of everything all the time. Bad management.
I had a problem with my pizza, but the manager promptly resolved the issue.
