Applebee's Grill - Rogers

John is a phenomenal server. He is very attentive, personable, friendly, polite, and customer focused. You won't be disappointed with his service! Food was really good too.

The place was really quiet when I entered and I was seated immediately. My server was quick to come over and take my drinks and eventually my meal order. The food came out within 5 minutes of placing the order. Now, I wouldn't normally complain, but it had me wondering what was freshly prepared, if anything. I ordered the grilled chicken, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were luke warm, the broccoli was a tab bit warmer, and the chicken was good. I could have waited a couple of minutes for really hot food. I was offered dessert 5 minutes after starting to eat my meal. I had to go back to the menu and select something. Dessert came out as soon as I finished with the check. I understand efficiency, but I felt a bit rushed. I was in and out in what felt like 20 minutes. I ate but didn't get to enjoy my dining experience. Pump the brakes a little and let your guests enjoy their meals. There wasn't rush for my seat as the place was pretty dead.

Overall satisfied. The food doesn't taste great but it's not bad either. It's just average. I am giving it four stars because prices are pretty good for the amount of food I got.

A Great place to go if you're hungry but don't want to be around a lot of people! Service is great, food is always delicious especially the artichoke dip If you like it and decide to become a regular, leave a good tip, they will really appreciate it and we've met some amazing people we look forward to seeing when heading to Applebee's Y'all are wonderful

Usually we love Applebee's, wherever we go. Tonight the food was great, as we expected, but the service was horrible. The wait staff were huddled together forever, finally she came and took our order. No smile, no friendly service, just took our order and went back to the employee huddle. She was on her cell phone several times. Only came back to our table when she noticed we weren't finishing our food(we just weren't that hungry, the food was fine). She what's wrong, we said the food was fine were just weren't hungry, she laid our ticket down and walked away. We're not from here but we wouldn't come back to this location even if we were.
