NO phone numbers for the individual stores. There is only a corporate office phone number and it has limited hours during the week. NO prices listed on their online menu.Very poor customer service to have no phones to the individual stores. I needed to ask some questions before I drove all the way to the coffee shop. Horrible wait time waited 25 minutes for one drink both cars infront had one drink orders. Both girls on staff had the worst attitudes and couldnt get a order right to safe they're lifes not sure how either of them could be a shift lead. Staff needs training..Truthfully worst 7brew in nwa.
Y'all messed up my coffee idk how but I got someone else's coffee this morning and I wouldn't complain but I hate cinnamon so now I just wasted 7 bucks. I only get y'all once a week. All I wanted was my coffee this morning
Gentleman named Chris helped at the window and a sweet lady took my order in the rain. I wish they weren’t made to stand in the cold is my only gripe with 7brew policy. But the gentleman who helped me at the window was incredibly nice and professional very nice guy
Love their coffee. The hot vanilla latte is perfection. These employees are so jacked on caffeine it's hilarious. Very nice serviceFood: 5/5
