I often stop by this restaurant to get takeout for lunch, and I always encounter a male worker who is fantastic, although I don't know his name. However, my experience today was disappointing. I waited much longer than I should have; it took Lisa 15 minutes to prepare a single foot-long sandwich for the person ahead of me, and then she took her time with my order too. April 14th 2024 at 1:30pm I came in to get a couple of their side kicks, protein bowl, Sandwich. The Boy that was working, was Rude, Gave me a 6 inch portion of meat in my protein bowl and not the full footlong portion. I made almost $14 for a Salad. Ordered 2 sandwiches through the app. Requested dressing on the side (oil vinegar) because I have to travel a distance with them. Picked them up and the bread was rock hard and dressing dripping through the bag because they applied them to the sandwiches. Waited to talk to an employee but not a single person was around or came to the counter. Not sure who was running the store but they need a new employee. I'd guess we got the bread that had been left out all day and my sandwich maker can't read.

But I cannot believe someone like him has a job in customer service.
Normally I order on line because the workers usually have bad attitudes but today my app wasn't working came in and the subway worker had a badge with the name quinten I may not be spelling that right but I must say his personality was refreshing for once. He didn't say anything bad about the company as most complain how they have it so bad. He had no problem with my request to build the sub on other side of the bun so the meat is on the bottom of veggies no eye roll no equipping about how they are trained to make them just did it no questions asked and best yet while being quick building the sub everything was perfectly spaced out so all the toppings were even throughout the sub not leaving most ofthe meat at one end of the footlong and barely any on the other end! He was pleasing to talk to and made it the best experience I have had here in a good year or so. Because of this I was sure to give him a $5 tip. Find more employees like him and you will be able to turn your bad reputation of snippy workers around for sure!
If I could rate 0 stars.. I would! My recommendation for this place: Avoid it at all costs! Online ordering is a joke, cleanliness and organization is subpar, and customer service is nonexistent. What happened to this place?
Overall the place is a dump. customer service SUCKS!
