The location... read more This year I had the pleasure of officiating a wedding ceremony for a wonderful couple in the beautiful garden of the Wolfsschlucht (Wolf's Gorge). The location is truly idyllic: a fantastic setting, peaceful and secluded, with plenty of space – perfect for a relaxed and intimate wedding celebration. It's always very important to me that all guests have enough room, and especially that children have ample space to run around. The Wolfsschlucht offers exactly that: a large, green meadow where the ceremony took place, creating a very special, natural atmosphere. The venue's concept is well-thought-out and harmonious, and the surroundings immediately create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I'd particularly like to commend the service staff – incredibly friendly, attentive, and providing outstanding service. An all-around wonderful wedding location that I wholeheartedly recommend. I'm so happy that I'll be officiating another wedding at the Wolfsschlucht next year!

We rented the newly built terrace, and the venue is truly amazing. A very modern, spacious, and air-conditioned interior and a beautifully expansive garden. Thanks again to Mr. Wirth and especially to Waris, who accompanied us as event manager on our special day. The service was truly super fast, attentive, and always friendly! Everything was perfect, and we would do it all again.

But that's about it. We would have needed a pillow and a blanket. But no one could be reached after 6:30 p.m. Neither by phone nor in person. The reception was locked. What if something was urgent? Room furnishings cheap with Ikea furniture. Bed accordingly. Bathroom can only be reached via a higher step. Tripping hazard! TV only possible via apps. Addendum: Two slats were missing from the slatted frame of one bed. And something like that shouldn't be noticed when making the bed??? Violent night with back pain in the morning, which I had all day. Cheap mattresses, saggy. Furniture worn out. The light above the bathroom mirror doesn't work, the light in the room only works when you discover the light switch behind the headboard. But charge the full price for the night... Generously bought a coffee as an apology.
