Unless you need to make more than 10 espressos per hour, this is your final grinder. I am judging this by the taste of the espresso, the only thing that counts. But yes, it is also build like a tank and very satisfying to operate. I add one drop of water to the beans before grinding and have 0% static, and therefore 0% retention. I am so happy. I still consider the M47 travel size and like the fact that the M47 receiving container is steel so you can better see inside if you emptied it completely, rather than looking into a pitch dark container of the other models.

I mostly use light to medium light roast level beans for espresso, v60 and aeropress. For espresso it takes about 30 seconds to grind 17 grams, for v60 I do 30 grams in about 45 seconds. I don't grind too fast, so you could definitely get even shorter grinding times if you hustle.
