Superb cuisine with a mix of flavors and textures. Surprising summer truffle; Aubrac beef with two cooked presentations and tartare. Sublime vanilla soufflé. Thank you to the sommelier waiter for his local wine suggestions

Restaurant with excellent dishes. Very nice decoration while remaining sober. Effective and friendly staff. Air-conditioned room for those who fear heat. In a word, you have to go!
