The prices... read more We had never heard of La Prep before but saw it in the mall and decided to try it for lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The prices are fairly competitive; for around $10 you get a sandwich with soup or two side salads. This is our new go-to when we're at Cross Iron. I've also used their downtown Calgary location to cater a business meeting and was very happy with their services.
