The Gong Cha location in CrossIron tends to be quite busy during the weekend around lunchtime, so there may be a bit of a wait. However, the drinks and service are excellent. For new customers, a brown sugar tea is a safe choice. If fruits are more your style, I recommend trying their mango pearl green tea. Went to this store after a while. Ordered milk tea with brown sugar pearls no sugar less ice. Everything was good except the tea was full of ice. I had to wait for an hour for the ice to melt to have it. I usually buy gong cha at chinook and they always take care about less ice. Overall it was a decent experience. View all feedback.
