Little Caesars Pizza - Rocky Top

I work here and my co-workers are extremely polite and very hard working. We work very hard to make sure you have hot ready and delicious food with fast easy and reliable service for everyone.Vegetarian options: We have an all vegetarian pizza special to make.Parking: Parking is easy with walk out service if wanted.

Great place a little slow, but food was fresh and hot..

Today, July 1,2023 approximately 7pm EST, I had gone to Little Caesars in Rocky Top. Tennessee . the past few times we have ordered food from there, they have messed up our order. So as I go in I said to the lady that was taking my order, I am sorry if it was not you but could you please make sure that our order is correct this time she responded with You don 't have to be so rude I said what?! and she responded with a massive attitude That 's it, I am not taking your order and You are banned so as she 's walking away from the counter I hear her say You look like you need pizza and as a heavier set person, I felt belittled by her comment. Not only that but I get into my vechicle and I call to speak with a manager on the phone, the lady says hi this is the on shift manager and I said Hello I was just in there and the lady with the blonde hair with pink and glasses ... and she cuts me off mid sentence and says the manager will be in Monday and hangs up on me. I am appalled and honestly shocked by how I was treated. We order from Rocky Top, TN Little Caesars at least twice a week. To be treated the way I was treated is beyond ridiculous, I was not loud, no attitude in my voice and was even giggling when I asked for our order to be correct. Please tell me where I had done wrong?

Crazy bread was doughy, when I called in and told them, they told me to bring it back to replace it or give me money back.Well I took the first bread back, and received the second one and it was doughy, so I guess I have to bake it myself ?Not only there was like 2 workers that I seen was working, they need more staff to help out.Their pizzas are very nasty too I thought I would give it a try but I guess I'm taken my business else where. Do not recommend this to anyone.
