My family and I had lunch there and everything was great! The food is always wonderful, and the staff are always friendly. The only negative is that the cashier asked if I had a panera card and when I said no, she didn't tell me about it, I had to ask, but it worked everything. So glad I asked because I have a card now. What Rochelle A doesn't like about Panera Bread:
My meal was missing a slice of bread and when I came back to check, the guy who seemed to be a manager as he's not wearing the same uniform took a piece of ciabatta, broke it and gave me the other half. He didn't even bother to put it on a plate or napkin he handed it to me And i wished I ordered and paid for a cup of soup instead because the bowl they are serving it in was probably filled by a quarter View all feedback.
We celebrated my mom's 91st birthday here today and the staff was wonderful! Thank you for offering us the VIP area and bringing her a cup cake!
Great Coffee ! I am a big fan of this café chain. The coffee is super and the food items are delicious as well. The staff was courteous and the place was clean as well.
