She proactively resolved a minor order mistake without us even having to ask. What HottRodd D doesn't like about Burntwood Tavern:
The tater tots were excellent—served hot and quickly. My friend ordered a turkey BLT, which was huge and came with fries that looked amazing, but it took a really long time to arrive. I ordered the double cheeseburger, the BWT smash burger, and unfortunately, it took forever to get to the table. To make matters worse, when it finally arrived, it was quite disappointing. Absolutely divine. Angus Slider,quesadilla and Shrimp Tacos were all fantastic appetizers. The terrace was wonderful and perfect among the unbrellas. I can't wait to go back. Very recommended.
We have been going to Burntwood for years, and the food and service just keeps getting better. Had a perfect evening there last night: from the waitress, to the food, and a great happy hour, we were very happy.
First time eating at Burntwood Tavern. Very calming atmosphere and relaxing. Waitress was very friendly and helpful as was everyone we talked to. The food was hot and the flavors were amazing. Simple presentation nothing fancy. Peter and I will definitely recommend eating there and will return.
We just had the most fabulous Bridal Shower for my sister!!!! Bri was a delight to work with in planning this special occasion and Reggie (our server)was just fabulous!!! Highly recommend! The room with the fireplace was just person for our group of 30 guests! Outstanding all around! Thank you for a wonderful shower!
One word. Tots! The tavern tots are fabulous! Weather was perfect for a light bite and a couple fat tires on the patio. Service was great too!
