When I placed my order, the guy on the microphone was really friendly. When I got to the window, he opened it while he was eating, which was a bit surprising, but I appreciated his pleasantness. I parked to the side and noticed that the place seemed understaffed; there were hardly any employees around besides him. Once he brought my order, I took a moment to express my gratitude for his kindness. I told him how meaningful his small gesture was to me, especially considering the poor experience I had just had at Wendy's earlier. I really wished I had caught his name to mention in this review. It was around 10 PM on a weekday, and he was a Caucasian gentleman with dark hair and a medium build. I hope he’s a manager or at least someone who takes an active interest in the restaurant, as his service was commendable.

Where's the Customer Service? The food is excellent, but the staff act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. They are quick to inform you when they need your table for other customers, making the experience less enjoyable.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The food was unappetizing, the staff members seemed to be unfriendly towards each other, and the toilet seat was in a disgusting condition.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. While the food was good, the service was terrible. The server didn't even greet us or check if we needed anything; she completely ignored us. When we left, she ran to my car asking for a tip that she absolutely didn’t deserve. It felt like she was pressuring us to give her something. I can't tip for a service that I didn’t receive. The service was the worst! I will never return to this place; it was extremely disrespectful.
