My h... read more Came here after seeing a video review. We were highly disgusted. The place was dirty to start off. My burgers was drenched sauce to were I couldn’t eat it. My husband burger only had sauce on half of his burger. We will never step foot back in this place.

That are... read more It's the same food as it always has been. But i get it to go now. There's always flies everywhere. The ac hardly works. They have 3 tvs and a jukebox. That are never on at least when I'm there. They haven't had the jimbo burger in like 5 years. Just take that off the menu lol. It's getting gobbled up. And lost in the mix. Still eat it. Just not at the restaurant anymore.

Spoke to the manager on duty, Brian, and he immediately fixed the problem (and beyond with a smile and great personality. The burger was huge and delicious! More importantly though, because the place is run by people like Brian, I will definitely be back! :

I asked the cash... read more Wow has Bearden 's Restaurant on Lake Rd, Rocky River OH gone downhill!! Family stopped in for dinner last night, haven 't been there in years. I asked the cashier/employee what size french fries were sitting on the serving tray behind him. I saw a very large, heaping order of long, perfectly done fries. He stated that 's a half order and repeated this to my brother a minute later. So we ordered a half order of fries and a half order of onion rings. When the food came out we received a tiny (1/3) sized order of small sized fries and 4 small onion rings. We inquired with the same staff who said they must not have filled our order up as much as the other order (no apology didn 't offer us any more fries). Inquired again on the way out, showing him a pic of someone else 's half order expressing our displeasure. He finally asked if we wanted an order to go, I agreed. Arrived home to find the left side of the following 2 photos (compared to the right side advertised on the internet): Into the garbage they went! So disgusted, never going back!!
