I think the worst thing tim Hortons did was incorporate food into their menu as they aren't equipped to make this a fast process. Ans it really slows their lines down even when a you might be there is for a coffee.. expect long waits at this location. View all feedback.

I have been in a lot of Tim Horton’s but this was the worst.i stood for along time while the clerk wiped the counters and puttered around till I finally said could I order.she then got my order and a long line up waited as she got my order and no one came to help .till was empty and other employees wiped counters and walked around but no one looked after customers.i will never go back View all feedback.
The service was terrible no other way to explain it. You have no interest in serving customers inside your store at the counter. You had 5 people doing all the drive through and one clerk that was new doing the counter. Your clerk ha a lengthy $62 order to fill and non of your other employees came over to help her serve the big line up from the door. I was second in line to be served but had to wait 20 minutes for one coffee. I will next time go use the drive thru since it was 100 percent faster. This is not the first time this has happened at your store. I walked out other times.
Stopped for a soup and sandwich. Standard TH food. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Definitely a good place to stop into.
Every time I go here the service is always so bad. The workers throw the food and drinks at you and try and rush you, and they get so rude and snarky. I hate going here in Rocky.

Just want to clarify to anyone especially people who order takes both storefront and drive thru that when you make a CAFE MOCHA, it’s a mixture of coffee and hot chocolate with a whipped topping and a chocolate drizzle on top. Simple as that. Co’z lately I received mostly full of craps of them and it doesnt even taste like mocha at all. Coffee and Hot choco are equally balanced in here, sometimes It taste so bitter and not half sweet at all. DAMN!!! And dont also forget to put whipped topping and chocolate drizzle on top of it as well. I remembered working at tims before and did an orientation on a computer on how to make any beverages. Hell I could even remember the ingredients of a mocha. Remember that! And that goes to all tims
