El Rio Mexican Grill - Feedback

What Chris Gardner likes about El Rio Mexican Grill:
Great atmosphere, clean and updated, and great selections on their menu. My only displeasure with them is their surge in prices. They have easily gone up 25-30%. For example, today a friend I ordered two lunch specials and got two sweet teas. When I got the check, they charged me $6.30. The food I ordered was prepared incorrectly. I had precisely asked for it not to be spicy and no peppers, onions or tomatoes. My food was spicy and had peppers in it. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he took my plate, I was not given an alternative or a replacement meal. I sat at my booth watching my child finishing her dinner.
