What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Bojangles:
Ordered a family meal and was asked to pull up and wait (despite no one being behind me). Young man came out and told me they were out of breasts and asked if thighs or something else was ok. I said sure, thighs please. Did not realize I would be substituted one thigh for one breast. Really? That was a pretty fair amount of money for a small amount of chicken. Times have changed... The Gravy was Luke warm and the bo rounds was about the same . The only thing that was hot was my coffee
I've always had good experiences here. I love their bacon cheddar melts, salads, mashed potatoes, Mac cheese. fried rice/ pinto bowls are AWESOME!

Ne and many other stood there for 10 min in line and nobody helped us or told us anything. Walked out.
It was great. The biscuits were so soft and fluffy.
