Haven't been there for a while so, I thought I would give it another shot, probably won't go back to this location for food again. I had the Ribs with mashed potatoes. and the ribs were as tough as leather, but the potatoes were good. The service was mediocre but could be way better. I wish I had went to Jersey Mike's instead. I only gave it a 1 because the potatoes were good. View all feedback.

Worst restaurant experience that I have literally ever had in my life. Service was extremely slow, did not receive silverware or napkins with our ribs, when asked about napkins they said they “only give them out upon request due to paper prices”. Absolutely insane. Food was bad, just all around terrible.
Waited over 30 minutes to get our order brought to us...not sure what took so long????
Received order quickly ,food was hot and tasted very good
Waitress is top class service. 6oz Sirlion on the 2 for $25 is best steak we've eaten this year... seasoned perfectly and cooked as ordered... thank you for making our visit to Rocky Mount wonderful.
