Came here as a walk-in on Aug. 27 at 8am and was told one espresso machine was down and there would be a 15 minute wait for my drink, which is fine. 25 minutes later, I asked where my drink was in the queue — they told me it would be 30 minutes minimum because they hadn’t processed the drink order yet. Meanwhile, there were drinks waiting on the counter that were waiting there longer than me. A terrible experience. View all feedback.

They always have my drink ready for me to pick up, this place is also big enough and very comfortable for customers
