The store had a huge line when we arrived there and they still got our orders very fast. The staff was friendly and the building was nice and clean. As regards quality, it was coffee and donuts at a really good level. The donuts were great and the coffee was coffee. No complaints about this location for us. View all feedback.
What The Luxury Experience doesn't like about Dunkin':
I usually come here to order doughnuts for my staff. I will never come here again. Today 08/07/2023 5:28p-5:30 who ever worked the drive through was extremely rude. The heavy set lady or what ever it was had the worse attitude i have ever experienced. Please train your staff on customer service. View all feedback.

This place does not cool the food before they give it to you I feel like everytime I go here it's cold as
The checkout process was very efficient and professional. Parking was also good.
On Nurses Day 2023, we decided to stop by Dunkin' for breakfast and take advantage of a free iced coffee promotion. When we got to the drive-thru window, the woman working there claimed she knew nothing about the offer and called over the manager. Unfortunately, the manager informed us that they do not provide any healthcare discounts. We showed them the advertisement and explained that it was Nurses Day, but another manager was called over and bluntly told us no. If I had known this, I would have gone to the Starbucks across the street instead. The staff's rudeness was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone in healthcare to avoid this location. To make matters worse, when I finally drove away, I realized my order was completely wrong. This experience deserves just one star—zero stars if that were possible.
I noticed that they've switched to serving espresso in tiny cups that spill easily when you're on the go. When I asked if they could use a larger cup, they obliged but said that from now on, they will only serve it in the small cups. I mentioned that I might just get my coffee from the Starbucks next door, and their response was, "Do what you gotta do, man!" Talk about poor customer service. I used to go there every day, but that's definitely going to change!
