What User doesn't like about Chillers Cafe:
Awful coffee. Apparently the food is good but I never went back after the failed afternoon coffee attempt. For such a popular tourist destination with coffee machines in almost every eatery, I'm amazed that no one on Stradbroke island can produce a decent cup. My advice to visitors wanting decent coffee is to bring your own....machine, plunger, stove top or aeropress....it'll all be better than what's on offer on Str... View all feedback.

Loved this place for grabbing morning coffee and pastry. A baguette to have with prawns for lunch and back in the evening for a pizza. Treat yourself to divine cake made by the French chef if you dare. I am so pleased we only discovered this gem at the end of our three week holiday...otherwise we would have had croissants or pain au raisin everyday!!Staff are relaxed and welcoming.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. I was searching for a place to have breakfast, and after finding other nearby options unappealing, I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The atmosphere upon entering was welcoming, and the overall experience was nice and relaxing. The food was delicious as well.
We ordered delivery pizza and it was good. The pizzas were a decent size with lots of toppings, and they tasted amazing.
This little place is attached to the Allure Resort and is opposite a park and Home Beach, within walking distance of Point Lookout (about 2.7kms?). They have snacks, alcohol, French type pastries, French accents and great pizzas. We had a goats cheese and Straddie island honey variety and went back the next night for a tandoori Chicken and yoghurt one. Bases were thin and non greasy, toppings were certainly not overpowering and the tastes were good and different. They also have breakfast and lunch type wraps and croissants, cakes, Croque Monsieurs, good looking salads and ice creams. It is worth going just to try their evening pizzas.
