I have over 17 years of experience in the coffee industry, and I have never come across coffee that is so utterly devoid of flavor. It doesn’t even have the basic qualities you would anticipate from a coffee. It resembles nothing more than hot, watered-down mud. In comparison, it’s like a mannequin next to a real person—just a lifeless shell.
