Every time I visit the restaurant on weekends, there is always a group of kids in front of the store blocking the entrance. It's unfortunate that they occupy the entire sidewalk and seem to be up to no good. However, the lady who works there, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
The staff is always very polite a a friendly. The lines move fast and its easy to get in and out with what you want.
The personal is beautiful, but most of them have no idea how to pump out a whistle ice. and sometimes the product was remelted and frozen in the freeze cabinet (and they still try to sell it) and sometimes the soft portion is granular (smoke ice crystals, not smooth.) they need to train with workers much better and have better quality control.

There may not seem to be much variation between different Carvel locations, but this one stands out as exceptional.
