Brackett - Rockport

There are 5 different buildings, we stayed in the main building which includes the reception desk, breakfast room, stairs down to the fitness room, access to the indoor pool and outdoor sitting area with firepit. The continental breakfast was more than adequate for us. The day before leaving the pool unfortunately had to be closed for unexpected maintenance, thru no fault of the hotel, but they extended our time on check-out day so we could use the pool if we wanted. Grounds are very well-maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. There's a convenient park ride tram service across the street for transportation to the center of Rockport which runs every 1/2 hr. or so.

Great spot! The rooms were very clean and the location was very nice being so close to town. Price is right! Would definitely go back there with my family in the future. We actually engender our stay by one night because we were enjoying our time so much

The room is nice and spacious, that is about it. There are serious problems with the hotel. The rooms outside of the main building do not have wifi connectivity(210 region especially). We talked to them and they said they can’t do anything. This is horrible for people from abroad as we rely on wifi for communication. You pay for it, but you don’t get it and when you talk to them, they know about it and don’t do anything. Also, they don’t provide towels at the pool. The pool is cold and not very clean. The bathroom near the pool is also dirty. The room wasn’t prepared at 4:30 pm even though the check in time is 3 pm. So, not recommended for the price that you would pay to stay.

It is a motel-style accommodation. The rooms were nice and clean. We were surprised that it was motel-like with room doors outside, which was tricky because it was raining the night we arrived. The pool was not attached to the rooms, so we had to walk outside in the rain to get to the pool house. The pool house is VERY warm. Although, there were no pool towels, so we had to use shower towels. The grab-and-go breakfast was decent. It is all prepackaged. I would rate this 3.5 stars if allowed.

It’s lovely property with a spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast is very basic but is served with a smile. We had a strange experience when we got back to the room late evening.. the room hadn’t been cleaned inspite of the sign put on the door. On complaining to the lady at the reception we were told we plan to remove the signs in all rooms as we are under staffed and can’t clean all rooms! That’s absurd given the high room rents being charged! We were able to convince them to move us to another room thankfully Other than this all else was nice
