Pho Saigon - Rocklin

The dry hu tieu is full of great flavor. The broths for the pho and bun bo hue were both rich and delicious. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for Vietnamese food.

The pho lacked flavor and tasted watered down. The ramen was not cooked properly. As for the Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimp (Gỏi Cuốn Tôm), the shrimp had an off taste, as if it were spoiled or old. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for as long as I can remember, but a few days ago, I had the worst experience with my order. Something strange was in the sauce, and they somehow managed to mess up the Fresh Spring Roll with Shrimp (Gỏi Cuốn Tôm), which I didn't think was even possible. Despite that disappointing experience, I'll probably still come back because the Grilled Meat, Grilled Shrimp, and Egg Roll (Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Chà Giò) was delicious as always! I always recommend their vermicelli dishes!

Grilled Meat, Grilled Shrimp, Egg Roll Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Chà Giờ food was bland. peanut sauce had no flavor also spring roll had the beef vermicelli, meat had no seasoning, no dressing or anything on a bunch of lettuce carrots. To me... only thing that was good was the fried spring roll noodkes Fish sauce had no flavor. definitely will not purchase from here again. I spent too much fir tasteless food
