They 're normally located with a huge parking around them, which is very convenient. Their staff is friendly, patient and professional.

I have been soooo excited that this location brought back potstickers.. however tonight... blah!!! All the chef/cook did was boil them and dump them into the bowl.. ummm... what happened to browning them.. a little fry? They were YUCK!!!!! So sad... plus.. I had to wait for him to non cook them.. and my other food was already dished up.. so it said getting cold... poor service in my book... and then... when I asked for chopsticks and looked into my bag.. NO fortune cookie.... so she didn't look happy.. was she really that busy to forget a fortune cookie in a Chinese food place? So.. she quickly grabs one... and I realize it was a random grab.. so not her fault technically but.. just another bad thing with an already disappointing night... the cookie.. was over cooked... dark dark brown... and NO FORTUNE!!! what a letdown... again!!! Good thing most the time I have good service and good food... but.. I thought someone should know about the pooooor cook on the fabulous potstickers.... cause next time I'll pass!!!

This is in the same Safeway shoppin... read more First time and never coming back [Rocklin CA]The food in this location was just as bad as the one on Blue Oaks in Roseville. This is in the same Safeway shopping plaza where I bank so I placed an order on their app for pick up, of course it was ready in minutes since food was already premade. I ordered a broccoli beef bowl (1 side, 1 entree), half chow mein, half fried rice. The broccoli was overcooked and there was hardly any meat on the entree. The chow mein was bland, no taste and hardly any. Heck, even my fortune cookie did not have a fortune inside the cookie. At least the cookie was not stale. I took advantage of the 25% off first time order on their app but there won 't be a second time. At least not in this location. Pictures were not worth posting. Review #3197
