Ihop - Rocklin

This restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the food is delicious. The staff is outstanding—very polite and always smiling. I tried the Tres Leches Pancakes combo, and it was fantastic!

Unfortunately, they've been struggling to retain staff, which makes it difficult to get breakfast. We were recently turned away because there weren't enough employees and the wait time was over an hour. The staff was very polite, but it was disappointing. I hope management can hire more workers soon because the menu is fantastic!

We really enjoy IHOP, and we visited this location after an event during the week. The service was excellent, and our waiter was very attentive. However, my pancakes were a little dry, and the booth we were seated at had duct tape on the seats. The table wasn't the cleanest either, but our waiter really made a positive impression. He checked on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely return for breakfast and see if that makes a difference.

Our visit here today was great the lady that served us and brought our food was very nice and on top of it, we got our food in a reasonable time and it was delicious, just as the pictures showed. Overall it was a nice visit and great outing for my wife andI and we are thankful for all those working and making our visit great!

We eat at this location regularly but this time it was horrible, our food was ether raw or burnt, the French toast looked like the eggs were poured on one side and our sodas were flat and had black stuff floating in them. There was no manager working atthe time we were dining so we had to relay our complaints to our server and could hear the cook getting snippy with her becauseshe over heard our complaints.
