Recently, we were turned away due to insufficient employees, and the wait time was over an hour. While the staff was very courteous, it was still disappointing. I hope management can bring in more workers soon because the menu is outstanding!

However, my pancakes were a bi... read more We had a great experience at IHOP after an event during the week. The service was outstanding, and our waiter was very attentive. However, my pancakes were a bit dry, and the booth we were seated in had duct tape on the seats. The table could have been cleaner as well. Despite that, our waiter left a positive impression; he checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We're definitely planning to return for breakfast to see if that experience improves.

The dishes were delicious and looked just like the photos. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a fantastic outing for my wife and me. We’re grateful to everyone who made our visit so enjoyable!

Our food was either undercooked or burnt, the French toast appeared unevenly cooked with eggs poured on just one side, and our sodas were flat with black particles floating in them. There was no manager on duty during our meal, so we had to express our concerns to our server. Unfortunately, we overheard the cook getting irritated with her after hearing our complaints.
