Jersey Mike's Subs - Rockleigh

Idk what these reviews are about, this staff is always nice and welcoming and makes a fire sub. Made an order mistake, called in at 8:15pm (while they were closing) and the staff member was very nice and not rude at all and fixed my order. While I was picking up the sub someone was rolling up in a wheelchair in the parking lot and a staff member dropped what they were doing and opened the door for them. 10/10, great Jersey Mikes.

I have to agree with other comments here. For a long time I went here every week for cheesesteak sandwich And yes...now too skimpy.Also, I no longer go here as last time it was a female staff They were nice, but I did not see hair nets...I had at least 2 hairs in my sandwich, and threw it away at that point.Never went back...

Don’t know why this is the only good jersey Mike I ever had the best Philly

This is my third visit to Jersey Mike's, and each time they've destroyed my sandwich, forcing me to request a refund. I really want to like Jersey Mikes, since everyone else seems to think it's so amazing. Every time there is an excessive amount of sauce, the sandwiches get so saturated that they break apart. I will never again give Jersey Mikes a chance, and they have permanently lost my business. I even asked for light sauce the last 2 times I was their, and they drowned it in sauce both times. I'm not going to put up with that since it seems like the staff members are doing it deliberately.

Went during lunch hour, ordered food online, went into store and notified them of my name and arrival. Front desk completely forgot I was still there and my food was just sitting there.
