What Deb F doesn't like about Bagel 13 Rockledge:
The bacon egg bagel lacked any color and flavor, while the smash burger was a cold, soggy patty. The strawberry banana smoothie was excessively sweet. The coffee was just passable. They also forgot to include cream cheese for the plain bagel. View all feedback.
Watch carefully!! The prices listed on the menu and online aren't what it rings up for!! Like a lot of places, extremely understaffed and the helpers can only do so much! Hey manager get your place in check!!
Literally the 3rd time I've came in the past few months to a closed store during regular business hours! 9am weekday
I was told that Bagel 13 used real butter on their fresh Bagels. However I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with real butter and found that the butter was in fact not real butter. I returned to the shop and requested a replacement cinnamon raisin bagel with just cream cheese. The two girls at the counter we're friendly and exchange the product for me. I just recommend that you don't advertise real butter if you're not using that product
Owner did not report my income/did not pay taxes he collected from my checks to IRS. According to IRS I was unemployed the whole time I worked for him.
Food was okay, this place can be pricey unless you get the combo meal.
