Unfortunately it was like sitting in the oven with the sun beating down on us, all they need is a nice retractable shade and you will get the best of both worlds. Staff were friendly  enough we  ordered kids meals and their food took over 45 minutes to come out while we were eating ours had to ask where it was then it appeared, common sense would say keep the kids happy and serve them first. Patio area was over crowded and for people with prams it was nearly impossible to get in.
