Rockingham Beach Seafood Takeaway

Fantastic value and friendly staff. The snapper was delicious and the chips were generously covered in chicken salt. Highly recommended. We dined in and had a pleasant experience, but it would be even better to get takeaway on a nice day and enjoy your meal at the beach.

Amazing food. Like owner has explained recently WA boarders have impacted businesses by not allowing produce from over seas in but this business is still going great in quality. To the lady that left a review stating she wanted to change her order as she is allergic to shell fish …. It’s a fish and chip shop ? How are u alive still as everything is fried and/or grilled in the same fryers, u tried but failed with that trick, lucky u aren’t actually allergic then . Food portion is massive comparing to MOST other seafood shops, THERES NO SUCH THING AS FLAKE IN WA AS AN FYI TO THOSE THAT DONT KNOW- but I think u meant HAKE and decided to do a quick google search for an alibi to argue with the owner .

The staff at this restaurant were happy and friendly, providing good service. The shark I ordered was tasty, as were the chips. Everything was cooked in fresh oil, resulting in a non-greasy meal. This place is a nice change from other chip shops I've tried. There is a park just across the road. I highly recommend dining here.

We have visited this restaurant twice in the past month, and this time the chips were not cooked as well. However, the fish was delicious and the young man at the register was friendly and efficient. We ordered the $12 snapper and chips.

If you don't want to pay a fortune and need a quick fish and chips fix this is a great place. My wife and I shared a single serve of Snapper and Chips and it was plenty for both of us and well cooked. The price was $10 and for another $2 you could have a soft drink or fruit juice. So for the price a pretty cheap meal. This place is not a flashy or up market restaurant just a good down to earth fish and chip shop.
