I have been trying to contact the restaurant since last night. I ordered a complete chicken dinner with roasted potatoes. When I got home, there were no potatoes! Instead, I received gravy, 2 chocolate mousse desserts, and corn on the cob. I tried calling for 20 minutes to resolve the issue, but the meal was disappointing. The chicken was greasy and not fresh. I ordered loaded fries from the fast food drive-thru and was served by an Indian man wearing a hat that looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. I paid $6 and when I got home, I found that the container was only half full with fries and a small amount of chicken that tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I was disappointed to receive only half of what I paid for and do not plan on returning. I recommend that hungry customers look for a better place to eat.
I am disappointed with the recent decline in quality at this restaurant. On our last visit, we were served half-empty potato skins (not just once, but three times), and our large chips were lacking. Employees even mentioned that the manager has instructed them to reduce portion sizes. The serving size of the chicken was also noticeably smaller. Furthermore, the potato skins were watery, tasteless, and lacking in potatoes. It seemed like there were hardly any toppings inside. Overall, it was a total letdown. If the manager believes that cutting portion sizes will lead to more profit, they are mistaken. Red Rooster has lost us as customers until these issues are addressed.
