Latitude 32 - Rockingham

The service at this restaurant was terrible - slow, disorganized, and the food was awful. The scallops were cold and not as described on the menu. The chorizo was off, and our drinks arrived late, even after asking the waiter multiple times. The cauliflower puree was cheesy and cold, not at all what we expected. It was the worst scallop dish we have ever had, and it seems like other customers were also unhappy, as we witnessed arguments with management.

I was disappointed after seeing the advertisement for their sundowners and thought it sounded like a good idea. However, my experience was not good at all. My friends arrived before me and ordered drinks, but they were still waiting for them when I got there. We decided to order food and drinks as it seemed there may be a delay. The food arrived maybe 20 minutes later, not bad but still no drinks. We had to chase them up and finally got them 10 minutes later, so we waited well over 30 minutes for a drink. The food tasted nice but was only warm. We also didn't receive water to the table, even though we were told it was on its way. Additionally, we were charged the standard price for drinks instead of the advertised sundowner price. This was corrected when we pointed it out, but overall, I won't be rushing back to this restaurant.

We had mussels, they were stone cold, the oven baked break with it was half a roll sat on a grill one side, soft bread the other and also cold, the beer batter chips were just chips cooked in a normal fryer, what a total waster of money and we would never return !!!

Perfectly located near the beach, this is the perfect setting to enjoy a light lunch and/or drinks, while enjoying the beach views. Staff were friendly and efficient and the loo was clean.

We recently had an evening at Latitude 32 on arriving we had a few problems with seating but the staff went out of their way to sort out very quickly. Once seated the service was amazing constantly checking to see if everything was ok. The meals were beautiful could not fault anything ordered. Would highly recommend for all occasions.
