The Fast Lane Drive Thru Coffe

Best coffee in Rockhampton by far. Never understand why the Zaraffas line up is as huge as their coffees suck compared to this ride thru straight on the road. Have taken many family and friends in Fast Lane and they all loved it. Great... friendly service, great muffins, good loyalty cards and dog owners for free when you pass your pooch. Can't fail this business, thank you fast track

Wow, if I could just give a quarter of a star. The boy only looked at me as if I was a martian, not a greeting etc., and when I explained to the lady who has led the show for eternity, she gave me a similar vague look. No wonder she's not driving the Orange Monaro anymore. Zarraffas over the street, ultimately better all round must wait a tad longer for better coffee, service, offers etc.

I called a coffee in the early morning. As an enviroconscious I presented my clean holding cup and was very rudely said that “I don’t take that.” It was, no explanation or an apology. If there had been a way out, I would have gone somewhere else. Coffee wasn't nice anyway

I used this business regularly and asked to order in advance. The man who answered the phone was rude and asked me who I was. I said my name and I want to order a coffee. He started yelling at me and saying that... he was busy and had six cars driving through and using the app. I hung on him while he screamed. I didn't know they had an app. I used the app to order and pick up my coffee. While he handed my coffee, he cried on me because he was hanging on him... I just said that I wouldn't talk to anyone like he talked to me, and before I could get him, he took my coffee back and told me to go. It was at this point that I realized that being reasonable didn't work, so I told him that he ran. This man is a bull. I was a regular customer with a prepaid card and would treat NIE Somon in a service industry as he treats me. I'll never use the business again. There are many alternative places to go to Rockhampton, like Gus' Coffee, where the service is consistently good. I called shops or order in advance. Coffee was good than it was not, service and quality is not consistent quality is not there anymore that is why i stop going there
