I would rate this place 2 stars. I stayed there on Sunday, November 6th, 2022, for a business trip. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which was a plus. The room looked amazing in the pictures online, but unfortunately, the floors were covered in black stains, which was quite off-putting. The bed was also in need of replacement. The room was amazing, We didn't want to leave. The breakfast and dinner menu, Devine!Quality service with a personal touch and always a warm welcoming smile. We will definitely return. Thank you!
Such a beautiful old building so well presented now, decor so beautiful, excellent service from all the staff, so glad I had my 70th birthday party there, the staff just made it so much more special, a big thank you to all of you.
This Hotel had a great relaxed feel. The staff were excellent and the building had heaps of Character.

Dinesh the manager gave us the best customer service ever today with our high tea also showing us a couple of the rooms. Will definitely be back!
