To a large extent, my experiences at this restaurant have been positive. The staff is friendly, which I appreciate. However, I feel there have been some shortcomings, especially during my visit today. It seemed like my fries took a long time to arrive, and I also didn't receive a straw for my drink. I've never had a consistently good experience at any Wendy's. I'm certain that the food can be enjoyable when it's well-prepared, and when they don't forget items or have poor service. View all feedback.
Friendly staff took our order and suggested suggestions very helpful come back
I had to drive to East Riverside but young men working there were very polite, food was hot and fresh, a single and fries and lemonade all very good. Glad I was able to drive myself. Cost less than grub hub.
Had to triple check our order. Generally this store is great!
My husband and I had the vanilla frosty and loaded fries. We wanted a chocolate frosty, but the machine was not working for that side, we were told. So, being limited did effect our experience. And, we didn't have friendly service. Plus, I prefer to be given a straw as well as a spoon with my frosty, unless dining inside, as the frostys do melt in the car faster.
Wrong food but was ok spicy honey chick so dry couldn't eat it.. Forgot drinks and straws. Was in drive thru for 20 minutes. Felt bad they couldn't get things right.
