Vitale's Pizza Lake Bella Vista

We are usually vitales loyalists but the past two times the pizza has not been the same borderline horrible. Over cooked, cheese is difficult, burnt cheese bread something is just off. The only consistency is their great delivery driver who always texts us because he knows we have dogs and a baby. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

The food is decent when made correctly. The pizza sauce is pretty good. The service has been rude, and disregarding to comments or concerns. I’ve asked numerous times for extra butter and parm on my cheese bread, was charged for it, and then got nothing. One time they put them in separate containers and told me I had to put on myself. Last night, toppings weren’t distributed evenly, and the pizza and cheese bread weren’t even cut. I’ve reached the point, that if they don’t care to do things correctly, then I don’t care to give them my business anymore.

Great pizza sauce- best I've had in a long time! Staff isn't always the friendliest and the atmosphere can be kinda mediocre when you enter but the food is amazing. Dietary restrictions: They do offer a gluten free pizza option. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
