I ordered takeout, but when I got home, I realized... read more The food was enjoyable; I had the quesadilla dinner and the asada tacos. The asada was a bit crunchy, though. I ordered takeout, but when I got home, I realized they forgot my churro. I called the restaurant to see if I could pick it up another day, but they told me to come in before they closed that night. Unfortunately, they closed in less than 10 minutes, and I had just returned home to relax and eat. I really didn't want my food to go cold. I asked if I could come in in a couple of days instead, but I got the same response. Eventually, they did take my name down, but I didn’t go back for the churro because I was just frustrated with the service. There was no apology, and I was really looking forward to my churro. I’ll give the restaurant another try, hoping for a different experience with another staff.

Really cool to see somebody doing a shop like this in Rockford again, Wish them the best! The Taco meal was delicious, the steak tasted like very high quality meat. Got some of the bourbon ice cream, And yes, it's Absolutely to die for lol. High quality, but also just flavor is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend checking this place out! Too many candy options to try, certainly a new place to frequent.

I ordered fruit with yogurt after asking if they had that. She gave me only a fruit cup and refused to add yogurt to it. Really wanted to support a family owned business. Really hate the experience I had. But the food from what I've had is really good. But I ordered that off door dash. My experience in person was not great.
