Pho 815 from Rockford Menu

I started with the shrimp rolls, which looked fresh and healthy. They arrived quickly, and I was pleased to find three generous rolls served with a perfect dipping sauce. For my main dish, I ordered the chow my vui ve, which featured perfectly cooked thin rice noodles and a delightful mix of vegetables and shrimp. Tried a few things from here the other day after hearing people rave about this place! The new owner was very friendly. The place was not very busy. However the food and flavors were just ok at best in my opinion. It was very fresh and you can tell they used fresh ingredients. We will be back to explore more of the menu. They are large enough to share, so keep it in the eye when they order. we enjoyed our meal, service, culture and Vietnamese history from one of the employees. we're coming back.

Great service even though the place was busy. Love the decor and the food is consistently delicious. Bathroom was extremely clean as was the rest of the restaurant. Can't recommend this place enough. Well worth the hour and a half drive!

First time here and very happy with the results. On our way home from a great vacation. Very hungry for homeland food and was not disappointed. If anything at all the fish sauce can be a tad more salty…but I tend to eat too much sodium! All and all the family love the experience and definitely will be back!

Really good pho broth, and portions. Service isn't terrible, but can be a little slow at times, even when there are few costumers, but they are still friendly. If you want to give your pho a small kick i suggest the P9 (Pho w/ peanuts, sautéed veg, and a slightly spicier broth) great choice.
