Joey C' Cucina Cocktails - Rockford

Fantastic pizza. Pan and Regular is great. Right on par (if not higher imo) with the best of them in town, like Lino's/Guiseppes/Napolis. The service is terrific and a step over the top. I ordered a pan and arrived on time. The owner spoke to me about it and said that it didn't turn out well and wasn't up to his standards. He knocked 5 bucks off the bill and bought me a beer while I waited for the new pie. Joey's is starting to become our new go-to for take out pizza. The atmosphere is beautiful, as well. The slot machines are tacky, but everyone has them now. Def a very clean and modern bar, but geared for the 40+ crowd.

Contemporary style bar and restaurant with unique and traditional dishes as well as cocktails. The service is friendly and amicable with occasions, particularly when it's busy, that warrant a little coaxing. This is not the norm, however, and each visit brings a reason to return. Joey C's can be a destination as well as a quick stop prior to an evening out.

The food is great and staff is friendly. The food is mix between Italian and bar food.The owner s a great guy who cares about his place. Great neighborhood bar.(stop by on Sunday for the 1.50 prime rib sliders.
