What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
This place really needs to improve. Tonight, the bread was so hard it could have been used as a nail, and it was almost burnt. When I called to complain, I was told there was nothing they could do since it was the end of the day. But if they’re open until 10 o’clock, there’s no excuse for the bread to be rock-hard and stale by 8 o’clock. View all feedback.
I'm crazy under that slow! worker cleanliness doesn’t look like a high priority at the current crew. Eat tastes good, but it’s jimmy john’s; they don't just cook everything in business. Come on, jimmy, you can do it better!
Don't make the Thai wraps with enough sauce or crunchy bits, slow, cashier has filthy hands.
The sandwiches here are very good but the prices have gotten much higher. We just got two sandwiches, one bag of chips, and three drinks and it cost $28 and some change. Say what? I will not be returning.
I had an unwhich which was great. Perfectly made. My only complaint was the guy manager working that day just dipped out to take a break and left the female staff to suddenly replace him with an entire lobby full of ppl waiting for their food ontop of drive thru. That was pretty unprofessional.
The last three times I have ordered from this location I have waited 1.5 2+ hours for delivery, only 1 or 2 sandwiches max. I always order 1 hour before my lunch break, and I never get my food in time. This location used to be fine, but the last year they have been terrible with service. I have only called once to complain (this was a few orders ago) and just got an "Oh well, what do you want US to do about it? "I think this will be my last order. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt since they might be busy, but it 's consistent now. As I 'm writing this it has been almost 2 hours, and I am still waiting for my sandwich.
