Hoffman House - Rockford

I was so impressed with this restaurant from the moment we were greeted until the moment we left. Very few restaurants these days actually make you feel like they appreciate your business. This one is by far a top notch customer service restaurant. The hostess, waitress, and owner made us feel very welcome and special. The food was delicious, the service was the best we've had, and the ambience was perfect! We will be back.

Our party of 10 had the best dinner and service. Dee and Phyllis were the best servers, ever. Top notch. Delicious prime rib as well.

Truly the BEST PRIME RIB DINNER I have Ever had! And I've had many. Every single item we had was prepared perfectly. The prime rib excellent pink color in middle with perfectly charred edges. The meat melted in my mouth it was so tender. Twice baked potatoes lightly crusted top with pillowy soft middle perfection. Button mushrooms served hot with great flavor. Exceptional customer service offered by restaurant veteran Carolyn. Impressive salad bar with made from scratch dressings and soups. We can hardly wait to go back.
